Uniform
The school has a uniform. The wearing of this uniform by all children helps in the development of school spirit, makes selection of school clothes easy for parents and ensures that the standard of dress is suitable for school.
The wearing of school uniform is compulsory. Our uniform comprises:
Royal blue and gold shirt (available for sale at the school - $30.00).
Black shorts or skorts (plain with no markings).
Sun safe hat (available for sale at the school).
Bucket hat - $10.00.
Broad brimmed hat - $12.00.
Legionnaires cap - $7.00.
The school requires children to participate in many activities, but at all times dress must be worn that is comfortable and modest.
Example of an item that is unsuitable: singlets for both boys and girls.
Shoes
Shoes are compulsory. These shoes are to be closed in, e.g. sneakers.
Hats
Being a SunSmart School, shady hats are essential for children who wish to play in the sunshine during the day. We adopt the policy of no hat - no outside play. Caps without ear and neck protection are considered unsuitable.
The wearing of sunscreen is recommended. A supply is held at the office for student use.
